PBN on blogger. Yes you can. i think they allow you have your custom domain name associated with your blogger hosting.
 
If yes, why then do people spend(waste) money for wordpress hosting? is this not a cheaper alterntaive where you just spend money on domain only?
 
You can build PBN across anything you wish.

You can but it wouldn't be a true PBN, it would be more classed as a web 2.0 property which you wouldn't 100% control. You would be better building your own network up (a little costly in the long run) but can work wonders.

Yes generally PBN are considered if you have other self hosted domain. Since you are hosting on blogger it will mostly consider as a web 2.0
 
Not sure about PBN like how does it build and how do this work but working on blogger is really very easy. Just go to blogger and log in your account and create your Blog on blogger.
 
yes you can, but I will prefer WordPress always.
 
Yes you can but WP is better because of the plugins to optimise your site

You are basically comparing a fire cracker with an atom bomb. with blogger, you can't even change the url structure most probably... Let alone advanced stuffs.
 
its all about features and if google decide to shut you down you would loose everything
 
Are you talking about using the free blogger sub-domains you get? example.blogspot.com?

or you are talking about hosting custom domains on blogger?
