Can I make money in CPAGrip like this?

I have a doubt, so I have a business where I get atleast 10-15 data everyday who are my customers, can I contact them using Whatsapp and share them the offer url and offer them free goodies that is related to my business and also something that they would love if they fill our the CPA grip offer link that I am providing them. What do you think?

Pretty sure that's Incent traffic.
It depends on the offer you want to use. Some allow incent traffic, some don't.

That way u won't go no where with cpa . I think it's better to either find a traffic source to send users to your landing page or you can do email marketing .. but since u talked about whatsapp u need to collect like 1000+ people in your niche and send them to the landing page using whatsapp.

If you find offers that allow incent traffic, sure you can. But I doubt if it’ll be sustainable. However if you can find consistent traffic for your business, then sure.

Do you have any ideas about stats ?
For example, 10 000 USA active whatsapp numbers, if we start promoting cpa (email submit $1-$2) how much we may earn approximatively ?

That's like asking how long a rope is.

What offer is it? What traffic is it? Warm/cold? Are you using landing pages? What's the CTR to links, and CR on landing page? What's the color of my underwear? The list goes on.
