Can I have YT channel and website with same name?

I'm planning to start a YT channel.
YT channel name is Today English Astrology

So can I purchase same domain name and post what ever I show in video as text in website and add YouTube video at end of the the post every day.

Same way on YouTube video description add website link for that day

Is it ok to do? Google penalize same website links

no problem many youtube channels do that..

just make sure you do not post whole text on youtube description.

Of course you can do that. In fact, some people prefer to read what’s being said in YouTube videos. Many big-time YouTubers use their blogs in a similar way, and their domains are often the same as their YT username, as a way of building brand recognition.
