Can i enter leads myself in CPL offers?

they will detect your ip and ban your account
Then how can i give them my leads? Is there any way? Or any way the they can't detect my ip?

If you have to ask, then there's 0 chance that you will ever pull this off.
Their algorithms will flag you and you will get banned after a manual check.
Also, what you are attempting to do is basically a fraud and unless you can be much much smarter than the CPA companies who ban people for a living, then just don't bother.
And as a I side note, I can very well imagine the authenticity of that list...

Thanks for the response. Isn't there a way that if I talk to my manager and just give them the list? They can call and confirm the leads because that is what matters right? That leads should be interested and real and my leads are, I've been selling them to different agencies as well so I thought this should work as well?
Thanks Roydan for your answer. Like I said in the above reply my leads are fresh and new, I'm constantly generating leads from fb ads, so obviously old leads won't even attend their calls that's why i said that they can pay after confirming my leads.

That is much better approach. Talk to your AM whether or not the advertiser would be interested in purchasing the list.
No idea how willing they would be though, considering that you would effectively cut them out.
Yes! I will ask him about this but what I'm guessing even if my manager accepts it the advertiser won't accept it. But I'll give it a shot

You might want to reach out directly to a few advertisers qith that offer. Another thing you can to is to look for cpl offers with api, that way you can use your own page and send the advertiser your leads directly.
