Can copyclaiming get you terminated?

Oh wow. If you don't mind me asking how long did it take you make 40k? About the adsense thing I cannot tell you for certain if it's safe to confirm your information. Maybe you can use a different address?
I made 40k in a couple of VERY VERY lucky months when my compilations were getting a lot of views.
How can I use a different address?
Do you mean to use another Adsense? I already have $ 7000 on my adsense, it's a pity to lose it.

I no longer hope to receive my money (which is about $ 40,000).
I wasn't monetizing my content through Routenote, it was compilations of funny videos.
I want to confirm Adsense, and monetize my channel by direct monetization of YouTube (I will do author's content), but I am afraid of this "investigation".
What if I confirm Adsense, and the company will sue me at my address?
And on Adsense, by the way, there is now about $ 7000.

So Routenote owes you $40,000? And did you earn $7000 directly from the same channel with youtube partnership?

So if you are afraid that they will sue you, they will not. They will not do anything because of this investigation. They are just hoping you do nothing so that they can keep the money. Also, they really cannot prove that the content on youtube is not yours.

How do they know that you do not have a license to use videos on your channel? They do not know.

$40,000 is a lot of money and i would not let that go without fighting them legally.

But can i ask you something. How did you get monetized on youtube with the same channel? I thought youtube would deny monetization for compliation channel

I have applied for channel monetization many times, and at some point monetization was connected to me, and it worked for six months. Apparently the bot was wrong.

Yes, $ 40,000 is a lot ... I live very far from Britain, I can't sue them.

Besides, I'm not sure if I will win the trial.

Therefore, I was interested in this forum and other sites - are there people to whom Routenote has been "investigating" for several years?

If there are such people, then Routenote simply took their money for itself.

They haven't paid me for 10 months.

Just get a law firm in the US to write them a letter saying that you are taking them to court and suing them. That will mostly likely pay you after they receive that letter. They don't want to go to work court either. So most likely a letter from a lawyer will scare them and they will pay you

Also you should not be afraid to use your adsense account to take out the 7000. As i've said before they will not do anything to do you

What's the news on music affiliate programs and their "investigations"?
Routenote paid someone? TuneCore? CD Baby? Distrokid?
Has anyone been sued?

You won't get terminated, i know this for sure
