Weird this never happened to me.
I'm 100% sure i used mobile data to open one account.
Maybe it is tied to you country?

I never faced any problem
i see. most likely due to the operator in my country.
I'm not using a proxy though. I'm using the genuine mobile IP from my cellphone

They all come from the cell tower.
There's other reasons why email might not be sending, but this is most likely the reason.
If we open more than one account with mobile ip, will mac be ban?
