Can anyone open an account with mobile data?

I cannot open an account with mobile data. Email confirmation code is not sent. I tried it on 5-6 different devices. confirmation code comes when i try with home internet.

I'm 100% sure i used mobile data to open one account.
Maybe it is tied to you country?

Mobile proxies are completely obsolete. Instagram can detect similar IP ranges. I recommend residential or datacenter.

I'm not using a proxy though. I'm using the genuine mobile IP from my cellphone

They all come from the cell tower.

There's other reasons why email might not be sending, but this is most likely the reason.
