Can an account ever be lifted from a shadowban?

So i was kinda curious as to know the prospects of an account that is currently shadow banned being free from it?

is there some sort of time that the account must be in "non botting" mode so as to the shadow ban would be removed? cus I run a personal comedy page of mine and the engagement is "alright" but now I wanna focus on growing the page, (currently i do F/UF) but i believe it messed up my account cus when i do it now, i barely get 3 followers from it (YES 3)

So is it possible for my account rating to be good again if i completely stopped botting?

Ah yea my bad. To answer your question. Yes you can but it takes a while and no one I know, knows total how to do it. Using higher quality bots that have cookies and all that that browse the web helps. Facebook(instagram) tracks that shit and makes your bots stand out.

Most people on here will tell you to burn the account and start over. I personally just put them on the back burner for super low posting and as natural looking as possible. Then try again in a couple weeks. Repeat till it comes back.

All depends on how decent of an account it is if it worth paying for the better bots and the waiting. Back in the day you used MP, but since they are gone there are some clones that do some good work.
 
I Hope so my 2 fitness accounts have been shadow banned for 2 weeks now I was gaining a lot of followers per day as well. A post got removed from my profile so that’s how I got shadow banned.

Same here
A post got removed and suddenly all engagement and everything just stopped.
 
I heard that disabling the account for a week or 2 could do the trick. Or getting a paid promotion by Instagram.
For me disable of account for 1 week worked.
 
It takes 15 days for it to go back to normal again, both of my accounts are starting to pick up now.
