That's not how it works buddy! You have to treat CPA like any other online business. The affiliate managers want you to have an existing site online. It doesn't have to be about you or your business exactly. It's enough to have a blog or a small niche site where you would be able to advertise on. Even if you plan to advertise only with PPC traffic in which you don't really need a website unless you are going the landing page route, you still need something they can review. They have quite bad experience with black sheeps in the game who only wants to get in to promote CPA offers blackhat (e.g. incentives with fake traffic or incentives completed by yourself). Buy a domain, setup wordpress or blooger or any other "CMS" and write a bit about your hobby and tell them that you want to monetize your site as well as promote a lot of offers with paid traffic (if that is your case ofc). They will reverse it anyways if they find out that you try to scam them and your account gets deleted as well. It's just a small insurance for them to provide an existing website.
