Byteescrow.xyz: Anyone heard about them?

So I was going into a deal with a website buyer who offers to pay via BTC escrow called Byteescrow.xyz
Has anyone here heard about this escrow service? The deal is $47,000+
Currently, I am doing my due diligence and search the internet for more info about them.
What precautions would you guys please suggest to me if I'm gonna sell him my website and get paid in BTC this way?

Stay away from this site. It´s an absolute scam. They stole 0.15 BTC from me a few month ago...
I contacted Dataspace Ltd. and they does not have to do anything with these scammers.

I can´t believe that this website is still online. I can explain you the complete scam methode these guys are using if you want.

If you have a buyer that want to pay in BTC, use escrow.com or epik.com. nothing else!

Glad to hear that. Otherwise not only your website would have been gone but also some additional funds in the form of bitcoin.
I may explain it more detailed the scam method later...

They are using the same scam method usually changing the domain name to withhold your btc when you pay them and to be released you need to send even more btc
