Hey, I'm looking for proxies to use with Trustpilot and it's important they are Elite and do not leak headers/DNS like most residential proxies seem to do. Can you confirm if your proxies are DNS leakproof?

Our premium proxies comes with their own DNS same location as the IP. If you set them correctly in your device it will not leak any information. Its very important the settings you make like turn off webrtc, set browser timezone as the proxy ip location use a cleared cache and cookies browser etc.

Your proxies are from Cogent ISP, All the major survey and GPT sites block these, They do not work with any good surveys or GPT sites, Please do not sell them as residential especially since creating any account through these gets blocked within days.

I asked your support site for providing premium proxies that do not have ISP as cogent, they denied it, I know about hiding webrtc,timezone,etc. I am not a new user using proxies, I have many other residential proxies from other places, What I am saying is that these proxies are advertised as working with Swagbucks specifically but they do not work with swagbucks. I have used them and I know that Swagbucks blocks proxies from Cogent ISP, If you have any other ISP which you can tell that Swagbucks would not block then I am ready to buy it.

We cannot know what ISP is blocked by Swagbucks or not we only send forward the information we received from our customer. We have customers that used in the past with no issue Cogent proxies for Swagbucks while some had failed. You can see on our website those referrals are made by our customers, the places where they used our proxies so far includes multiple survey sites including Cogent. Beside Cogent we also have Atlas Networks, Interphase Communications and Level3/CenturyLink but if you asked our support and they said it's not available it means that on that time those ISP were sold out, the stock is limited for premium proxy plans. You purchased a premium proxy plan, not residential. All our proxies are hosted on our servers they are not coming from a home connection. In your case the proxy is coming from a real ISP (internet service provider) and is hosted on a UK server. The fact that it is a premium ip shows that the ip is not flagged as a proxy and its a clean ip. Please contact our website chat or ticket support for more help.
