Hello,

Please explain, what fraud do you speak about? We can see from the chat you had with our operators that the "fraud" you speak about is because they refused to change your proxies after you already used the replacement token and changed your proxies one time. If you can check on our Plan Information you will see that each plan comes with 1 replacement per month. We cannot change your proxies more than once per month and in your case your proxies were already replaced. You ask for additional port changes and they did it for you with no extra costs but the IP's cannot be changed more than one time per month. I also see that you have multiple plans on our website so you used our proxies in the past months as well and you did not reported any issues. At this moment you have 4 active plans, for 2 of them you used the replacement token already and for the other 2 the replacement token is still active.
