Buying Paypal accounts from Deep Web?

Hello everyone. I was browsing the deep web and i came across several sites selling paypal accounts with balance in them for a low price. Along with several tutorials about cashing out methods. I was wondering if anybody has done this before?

If these guys have low priced accounts with cash and know how to withdraw them, then why do they have to sell them cheap?
OP stay away from stolen accounts.

They protect themselves. Stealing it & reselling it with a bitcoin payment make the operation less risky.

Using a stolen Paypal & cashing out... I wouldn't advise anyone to do it. That's why it's cheaper than the amount.

OP why do you think these people are selling their stolen accounts? That's because they know it's too risky to use for their own even for the fact that they are knowledgeable enough to hide their identities. Think about it, OP.

i think they are giving a tutorial to how withdrw it without leaving a footprint, but why they dont do it themselves ?

The tutorial is only there to gain your confidence but it's most likely bullcrap.

What can prevent them from just taking your money and leaving you without any account or whatever you pay them for? Yes, nothing. Than they'll happily do it.

There are a lot of PP accounts that got frozen from people loading scammy PPMC codes. PPMC cards are showing 203 error to anyone trying to load ,so these guys are just selling the accounts they cant withdrawal money from, and neither will you. STAY AWAY the police will visit you.

80% of services on deepweb are scams. its hard to find legit sellers there. so be careful,
i tried to exchange paypal > btc on deep web, 2 attemps all scams.

Alright I will, thank you guys rock! �� Just want to make some quick bucks but I guess this ain't worth it. Just to make myself clear though. These are real PayPal accounts, with the login info & sock5. Hypothetically speaking couldn't I just buy a bitcoin as a cash out method?
