Buy traffic safe in 2019?

Hey!

I am here with another question. Is it still safe to buy traffic from specific companies? The website is Europe based and I've found a provider which offers that specific country traffic to buy.
Should I do it?

I am in the case where I cannot use any PPC it's illegal to advertise the stuff I sell online. But it's legal to sell my product, just ads are blocked.

Traffic for what?

Alexa rankings is fine, but to convert you're possibly just buying junk.
 
Traffic for eshop. I am not looking for conversions, just to generate some traffic.

I think that should help ranking in google, am I right? Seo was done but we want some faster results.
 
I think it is just ok to do such. As long as its good relevant traffic then it will be beneficial to your site.

Much better way is publish your content on popular blog or site,
if content contain link to your site, you'll receive double benefits in this case.

But what if the traffic and blog/sites has traffic from worldwide random community? My website is FOR specific geo location. Will it affect the rank?

Traffic it's always good signal for Google about popularity of your content.
When you have the real traffic, you absolutely don't need to worry about geolocation in this case.

So all in all I shouldn't be worried about the bad influence on my website, even if I would buy traffic from different location as well as the blogs and news sites would bring random worldwide traffic?
Maybe some tips regarding this??

The chance that part(or all) of this traffic will be fake are very high.
Where the fake mean - machine generated without any real value, except stats.

So, only what you'll achieve in this way - it's waste of money for useless traffic.
In compare to order guest blog - you have valuable link plus real traffic which can be converted into $$.

One last question about the bought traffic. Is it useless even if the seller is really 'credible' and has a lot of good reviews as 'decent service provider' quality vise?
 
Try to find Facebook pages related to your shop niche and buy sponsored (pined)posts there.

I don't have on mind just sellers from BHW, but all available options in web, but you have on mind only BHW as I see.
Also, it's your choice - where and what you will buy. Maybe it will be good maybe not.

The only what can confirm that this traffic is valuable - it's real conversion.
Then you can compare it to other sources of conversion and by this way - you will see if it was worth your money or not.

Many times I have received emails with offer such "great targeted traffic", but when I asked about the share of income from this "rare" traffic,
even it can be 10 times more profitable for traffic seller - they never will reply. Let's think why.

Do you think they don't want 10x more $$ or just something is wrong with mentioned and rare targeted traffic.

In my experience, in order to increase rankings using traffic, it has to be through search engines. Higher CTR = Higher SERP
