Bukisa Appears to be Fraud

After reading the Bukisa TOS multiple times I have yet to find my self in violation. I was sending traffic to their site for over a month without the slightest hint of trouble, warning, etc... Not only did they fail to pay me my earnings but, on top of that they recently banned my account.

I tried contacting them and it has been several days without a response. I have now issued a second message to them and awaiting their reply.

I caution other users to get involved.

Contact the BBB to look into it or have them make Bukisa respond to you.
 
It says on their twitter account they are based in Israel so don't know if the BBB is gonna know much about them.

I have been building my portfolio of articles there for nearly 3 month. I sure hope they are legit.
 
I know they are based in Israel but I believe they are an LLC registered in the US but, not sure. I'm considering this and perhaps threating them about going to small claims court just so they pay up.

It's around $60 they ripped me off for so it's not huge. My problem is more on principal.
- no warning
- no TOS violation

= BAN

WTF is up with that!
 
I use Bukisa, but I use legit content so hopefully that'll be okay.
 
you dint use the doctor snake bh technique?
i've afriad theyd let me earn about a hundred before banning me.
 
I'm glad that I have stopped using them after I've noticed that they are shaving a lot. Seems that they are banning a lot of peoples without warning or explanation.
 
Bukisa are not reliable to me! They seem to cut down the views on articles!
 
They're a total sham...I tested with them for 5 months.

They shave views like mad and then took 4 months to pay me. After numerous back and forth emails with the owner Simon (getting excuse after excuse) I finally got paid only by threatening to take legal action.

Low and behold, I was paid 2 days later after 4 months of getting jacked around.

Got screwed by Bukisa too. My account is "currently disabled" so I got in touch with them through their contact us page and in Twitter. Still no reply from them.

red, any chance you still have Simon's email address so I can directly contact him?

They only owe me $60+ but that's already 3k in Philippine Peso so that's huge for me. T_T

I got paid by Bukisa once now. I do use duplicate content but their TOS say as long as I state that it is duplicate and published elsewhere (creative commons), they allow it. I am leery to upload a bunch more articles though.
 
my account was banned few months ago without notice. I have mail to them without any reply.

I have gave up and shift to Triond.
 
lol my account got disabled right after registering and posting three self written contents

don't expect anything from them
 
I recommend making two accounts, one being a referrer to another, and write articoles with the referred account. In this way you increase your revenue by 25% and in case of BAN, you won't loose everything.
 
I haven't been having much of any problem with them, although I don't really publish a lot of contents there. I've been paid consistently for the views the contents there have generated. My account is also a year old.
