Building IG accounts

Hello guys,
I'm very curious about IG+OGAdds method, but i want to try small and dont want to spend much money.
And here is my questions:
1. How can i create 2-3 accounts to start gaining followers, idc about time spend for getting these 5k followers
2. How to protect my account from bans?
3. How much money i have to spend monthly to have these 15-20 accounts on active run at Jarvee? (Proxy, vpn etc)

And what is the follow plan? I mean how much people to follow everyday?

Yea, i know like 10 posts, but everyone says different things

Growing maybe depends on the niche? this is from my own experience, I have a 2 babe page both engagement is good I might say, 1 is nearly 3k less than 1 month running and the other one is from old project I just recently continue it (800+). PS: I have several pages I just used the babe pages as example I think you know why ^_^

There are two settings there, the 1st babe page I'm using the one from deadz as it is safer I think (almost 3k followers) and the 2nd babe page (800+) i'm using polar settings.

Software: Jarvee (because I can post multiple photo at once which requires on both pages) >> you can use the $19.95
VPS: hyonix >> I'm using the $12.00 (medium)
Proxies: newipnow >> so far so good sometimes there are issues but support is amazing and that's a plus factor for me >> $5.00 for 5 Proxies they have promo I think which is x2 just check it out.
Accounts: bulkaccts >> it depends on which one you like PVA or non-PVA (sometimes delays happens but i think its normal) again price depends on what you want to buy.

"How to protect my account from bans?" >> I think posting a photo that meets the guidelines of IG is one, about the bot settings you can check again the link from polar's post and decide if you will use it or not.
