If they are that demographic in that niche I would also consider promoting weight loss and beauty products to them. There are tons of affiliate offers out there for this sort of thing. Hell even Etsy has an aff program even though they dont pay hardly anything with a list like that and some automation you might be able to set up some residual income streams from offers and ongoing purchases and commissions.

Depends. Emails targeted from a certain country is pretty useless for commerce. Since its not niche targeted. I would say CPA.
