Bought BTC from a guy with Paypal and got scammed by him.

How can I call him, even if I call, they couldn't reopen the dispute since exchanging BTC is under purchase protection, I need someone who has a relationship with a man or a girl there on support, as well, English is not my mother language.

Guys, I'm going to explain you the TRICK of the SCAMMER how it WORKS!!

1. Seller (Scammer) posted an eBay listing of BTC for VERY CHEAP PRICE, usually, they choose bidding option instead of BIN! TO GET MORE VIEWS.
2. Buyers like me contact the seller if he's providing small amount of BTC
3. Seller says "YES", email me at [email protected]
4. Buyers like me as him if he can deal inside of eBay, instead of dealing with Paypal ONLY!
5. BIG TRICK: Seller replied that he doesn't have an enough credits/listing to list the product
6. Buyers like me GIVE UP, and choose Paypal (Since We don't know that there is NO PURCHASE PROTECTION when it comes to BTC/CASH)
7. Seller and buyer negociate, and the buyer pays FIRST.
8. SELLER NEVER REPLIED AGAIN, and WON THE CASE!!
