Bot service WALL STREET recognition???

just saw this article get posted to the NASDAQ website... It's a service called waverly. My friend was using the service and it seems to be nothing more than jarvee. If you read through the article you'll see they offer two types of services: Organic Growth & Waverly Plus

Organic Growth: Follow and Unfollow (LITERALLY SAYS THIS IN THE ARTICLE!!?!!!?!?)
Waverly Plus: Doesn't even need your login info but can guarantee 50k followers a month (wtf?)

What the heck is going on here?

Bot copmany gets posted to NASDAQ webiste admitting to following and unfollowing, taking users account info, violating insta ToS.

How are they able to guarantee followers? In my head I just figured they'd use a network of high profile accounts and flood them with like/comments/shout outs and then just fill the rest with fake/bought followers.

What do you guys think?

might be using @proxified 's service. Afaik his biggest package brings in around 50k followers per month using the feeder account technique.

The thing is, its the users i.e. the clients of the company that will be violating instaToS, not them

Instagram ToS is between its users and instagram, any third parties are not really liable. As long as its not illegal, third parties can always operate through clients and it will be the clients who will be be held accountable (i.e account termination).

what is the feeder account technique???

I guess they have a ton of accounts. when have order they will give shoutout to customer's IG on these accounts. then run fl and unfl on these account

Just checked it out, looks like he has 50k instagram accounts with a massive overall audience he can basically push a specific page higher in the instagram algo... is this correct?

Something like that. As far as I'm aware he hasn't reached his 50k accounts goal, but he is running thousands.. last time I read something like 9k, probably a bit higher now since it was about a week or 2 ago that it was at that number.

But yeah, he basically uses a bunch of accounts to promote 1 main account. I know for his product that he's selling, he sells IG promotion in groups of the 100, 250 and 500 accounts all pointing to the one account of your choosing, and will setup the smaller accounts to the niche of your choosing.

There has to be a legal loophole, as stated it is likely up to the user to maintain responsibility.

Otherwise, this company would of already been sued to death.

Not quite how it works. I use the service. Its a big time saver if you are interested in focusing on your service/product as opposed to picking up marketing for yourself.

Ive been growing my account without botting for 3 years now and would hate to destroy it by violating tos.... I have 85k followers but wouldnt mind giving it a little push... would this service be safe from your point of view? seems totally worth it money wise, I spend a lot more without botting

If you spend that much money anyways, you should really consider using that service instead. Crazy follower gains if you have the necessary money

I think any blackhat method has a short lifespan, but thats an unpopular opinion here haha. That said, proxified has tremendous experience in the field of IM. He's quick to adjust and I am just happy to focus on my products/services. The stress levels have gone down tremendously.

My plan is to utilize his service until the diminishing returns of instagram account size ends up hitting. At which point I will re-evaluate. That's a ways off though.

He is fairly transparent and upfront. I recommend putting some questions together and getting his skype info.
