    Three eggs. One before the workout, two after and eat everything I can. Been doing this for 8 years. I'm Ectomorph type.

    Just use creatine then. Having a pre workout with creatine is ok, but you need to take creatine daily. Taking pre workout daily even when not going to gym would make no sense.

    Nothing. Why would u even take some lab stuff? even whey... go natural..do you know that 100g of pumpkin seed have 30g of protein? for example white meat have only 20. eat eggs,nuts,peanut,beans,Chickpea,and drink alive water..
    u can use magnesium + vitamin B complex for muscle and apetite/metabolism. Healty liver is most important thing for bodybuilders ,so stop eat sugar,and drink alcohol.

    Make alive water by puting choped beet or carrots in water (in glass bottle) and wait for 3 days.that' s how u will get -negative charged water with free electrons,which gives u energy.(read about this more in goggle,but many bodybuilders use it)... also u can make homemade kvass like russians do ,it's very healthy + tons of vitamins .

    There are a lot more but even if u drink something u have to know how your body works,and what those things do exactly.... u have to learn how muscle works,and how can u get energy. no need for whey,amino acid,or any other expensive suplemets they want to sell u.also many of those have consequences even a lot of proteins.they are not good for kidneys...kidneys cannot adequately remove excess sodium, potassium and phosphorus..so be carefull.

    anyways that's some of my advices ...

    Lab stuff? Whey and creatine are as safe as it gets and they are necessary for actual training.

    100g of pumpkin seeds might give 30g of protein but if you are not stick-man then good luck eating 300 grams of pumpkin seeds daily consistently. It's just not sustainable.

    Regarding vitamins, now that is some lab stuff. Why don't you advice eating multiple KG of meat a day instead, so it's natural?

    P.S. not mad, just why give advice based on single sources of information from random people.

    ,i was thinking about all that stuff. Nothing there is just good, or completely safe for you. Even whey or creatine..who knows what quality are they ,and they are full of nutrients.There are also 3 types of whey ..I know it's not possible to eat 300g of pumpkin sead daily ofc, but u mix with other things like bean,Chickpea(humus), Almonds, Oats, Lentil, fish or peanuts,chicken breasts and eggs...There is absolutely no need for ppl to use suplements.period.Unless they are professional bodybuilders.
    And they are idiots,because starting from 1960 and Arnold Schwarzenegger/Francesco Columbu era bodybuiding become unreal,sick, and unnatural thing.All others just follow the template.Just look all those 130kg people,adn what is bodybuilding today.they look just stupid.why the hell do u need mucles so big?they can't even walk properly,not to mention running, or how their heart feels because they eat for a day what you and i eat for a week...all they do every day is just eat and train.and there is no point to be like that except for competitions.and competitions are just another corporative shit,made for taking money,same as boxing and every other thing today..they sell u all that 'good' stuff that makes u big as hulk,and every day is some NEW better formula ..also the amount of money they take from 'teaching' or selling products to stupid teenagers who find that cool is just enormous.

    So no point use any of that crap.unless u want to compete with someone ,who have bigger mucles or who can lift more...and that is whole another story. u can be awesome looking guy with just eat properly and drink water wiht 7+ ph value with - electricity (-100-300qS) ... u can do it with electrodes ( u have probably how to made on google)..

    About Magnesium and B vitamins, even they are 'lab' stuff they are diffrent than those other things.because they have diffrent role,and not affecting your kidneys that much.
    And about Creatine, i don't see any point to use that , unless u are also professional atlete like tennis players, or u play for nba.they use that sometimes for endurance because they play matches every day.also that is very very harmful for your kidneys ,even more than lots of proteins. and the effect will last only while u drinking it,when u stop your muscles will return to normal size.Creatin just holds water in muscles nothing more.

    Im not an expert, but i hang out with older ppl who are. and some of them are professional bodybuilders for 50years. not even kidding. Google Petar Celik for example... the man have 69y and still compete.he worked with Schwarzenegger,and he knows things since begining.everything,about food,suplements,water...idk is he gave some interview on english but if u can find listen to him...

    Wrong you do not take creatine daily. You gotta periodize it if not your body get used to it and you won't get the effect you once got in the first few weeks

    I will just suggest OP to look for info from bodybuilding forums. People here are giving info that is just "out there". Stick to talking about IM.

    Lift heavy and eat clean food. The two things people do are waste their time at the gym doing wimpy workouts and eating garbage.

    Most supplements are meaningless. Take whey protein if you need it, fish oil if you don't eat fish. Other than that... coffee is a sick pre workout. Food is an amazing post workout.

    them running machines are fast turn it full blast , i come off on my arse thu times lol

    the most fit ladys go gym while fat men try there hardest to get slim not fair

    ant bodybuilding drinks pills ect just legal drugs?

    I agree. But not everyone is looking to lift heavy all the time. Everyone has a different body. I lift some, run, swim and eat clean. "Lifting heavy" is not the only type of workout and not all non lifting workouts are "wimpy." Highly agree though lol.
