He wants his body on a level bro.
Had sex and refuse to ejaculate, don’t want to get lazy
1.Stop masturbating and wasting precious vitamins and minerals.
2.Eat healthy...fruits... veggies... nuts... seeds.
Here are the supplements that I typically take.
Optimum Nutrition whey protein
Pre workout - Currently taking Mr.Hyde because it's under $20 at Walmart
Supplements aren't the most important thing.
Just make sure you're on a caloric surplus of at least 250 calories, and that you are progressively overloading either the weight or tension. Also, try to hit 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight
Whey protein does help me hit the protein amount.
Hope this helps.
I don’t masturbate and since I started the gym I try my best not to ejaculate when having sex with my lady.
Nice, does pre workout helps?
Pre workout supplements
Pre-workouts are good when you want to crush a workout or you feel tired but try to take only 1 or 2 times a week maximum
I take creatine, multi and rarely pre-workout (I don't like protein shakes). I don't do a diet but got better physique in the gym than most people that do and take whey and more stuff, genetics help a lot and also do compounds and workout hard.
Thanks bro, what brand creatine?
Whey - if taste is not an issue, get the cheapest protein per $. Plenty of options on eBay and other places where Whey is being sold in bags, no branding no nothing, just pure Whey.
You only need whey if you are not able to reach your daily protein needs with food/diet.
Creatine - 4-5 grams per day and can take at just one, no need to split up. Loading period for Creatine is BS, so just 4-5 grams per day from day one.
Creatine helps with muscle fullness and endurance, by keeping more water into the muscles. Starting Creatine you should be gaining some bodyweight in first few weeks. Also in gym you should be able to push some more reps with the same weights.
Only Creatine monohydrate. P.S if you take Creatine you will need to drink more water daily.
Pre workout is also great if you have tough daily job and you are into high training intensity. I go to gym after 11pm so I always take it But either way you should try for yourself. Cheap Pre workouts are shit, just saying.
Vitamins are good if you have deficits, fish oil is good for joint health and maintenance.
So in short, Whey and Creatine are only necessary supplements. Others are by needs or to fix deficits in body.
Regarding steroids I think you should be consistent in gym and in diet for at least 1-2 years before even considering. It's not training + diet or steroids to get great results. You still need both, they are not a magic pill.
You can PM me some questions if you'd like. Will be happy to help as I can.
Thanks bruh really love and appreciate this, will be contacting you for sure.
I saw this in the bin of the gym today and took it to run some research
Only caffeine, whey protein, creatine.
Is there a thread on BHW with body shots (well, actually, literal photos of fit male members showing off muscle)?
Since, I mean, there's a talk about bodybuilding and mass... While there is no real proof or seeing the result
Not a bodybuilding forum but hey, not many things and we have topics on it. Plus, could be an ego boost and motivation for some
I only took Whey Protein after the workout and I'm pretty good so far
Whey protein + Creatine
That’s all you need.
Drink your Protein in the morning, after workout and latter in the day (hour or something before going to sleep)
As for creatine I do take it twice per day 3g before workout and 3g after together with the protein.
Rest of the stuff you don't need and will not make any real difference. Just hard smart training and OK dieting, no need to go overboard with 100 day meal prep.
bodybuilders take testosterone boosters. Excessive testosterone makes hair fall. Also eating too much protein makes hair rough and brittle, so some just decide to shave it off. Not necessarily effects of steroids.
I take gold standard whey by ON. Haven't found anything come close to it . However if you have protein source cheaply and easily available you can just use that instead of buying a supplement. Whey supplements are good for people that find it hard to cook multiple times a day.
As for serious mass, serious mass is a weight gainer not purely whey. Very high calorie and carb count. If you are seriously skinny you should go for serious mass, thats what I started on and I used to be 11 inch arms at 6 ft tall. You can imagine it looked ridiculous. Serious mass really did help obviously with the right workout, diet and sleep routine.
90% of them probably have are your average person, that probably don't even look like working out.
But it would be fun to have a thread for bodybuilding.
Sorry, but I have to say that using mass gainers is the stupid. What is the point if you just want to gain fat? Better order a pizza every day before you go to sleep at least you will be full and happy.
If you want to do it right you, don’t want to use mass gainer…in the end you will just spend more time removing it.
