    You're not necessarily wrong, but mass gainers are cocktails of carbs protein creatine and shit loads of others. If you are working out properly you can definitely put on good muscle mass. On the other hand you can also over do it and walk around with a gut. Most people usually transition from a mass gainer to pure whey. And create their own mass gainer, I did that with whey, raw oats and blue berries. And every second, third day still do. Also some people find it hard to eat as much when they are that skinny to compete with how a mass gainer would help. Like everything else in life mileage varies.

    I was rather a failure than a success in the army. But don't think you'll be the big winner there being bulky. Try to be lean and focus on bodyweight training. Try to be best in push ups, running and maybe carrying weight for a longer time. If you'll look like Phil Heath junior, there'll be less benefit for your effort, once you're in the army.

    If ur looking out for a lean n ripped body and not serious mass..keep a check on what u eat. As far as possible eat clean and balance your macros. Keep a 40:40:20 ratio of protien, carbs n fats. Include a quality whey isolate as ur post workout shake and bcaa as ur pre workout shakes. Apart from that one gud multivitamin and a fish oil supplement is a must. Do not overload ur body wid too many supplements pal ...ur body is like a sports car only put in quality stuff inside to fine tune it. Get a gud workout plan according to ur body composition and needs which should b a combo of resistance training and cardio. Opt for steady state cardio instead of HIIT( which is in d in thing nowadays) as HIIT utilizes glycogen stores which in turn burns muscle, whereas steady state cardio utilizes ur stored fat stores so u end up losing fat faster. Dont lose motivation n Mix n match ur workouts so u dont get bored. Stay motivated pal!! All d best!

    Usually only take creatine, but to be fair, I never tried anything else.

    Problem with that is that pizza is bad. You still gotta eat healthy when you bulk, unless you don't care about it, then it's fine of course.

    I personally use L-carnitine to lose weight fast when I've overdone it.

    There are many types of supplements in the market. You need to be careful of choosing. There are many bodybuilders that take the short route. They take steroids and that sort of thing. They may give you temporary benefits but the longterm affects are horrendus.

    Want to get stronger/build muscle?
    Eat calorie dense food(meat lasagna, burgers, etc.. NOT sugar, cheetos) lift heavy and get plenty of sleep.
    I also happen to sip on BCAA's through the day.

    Everybody want to be a bodybuilder but nobody want to lift the heavy ass weight.

    Get yourself a pre workout with creatine in it(Remember to periodize if not your body get used to it)
    Make your own shake.
    Lift those motherfucking iron.

    I don't take any supplement, I don't even go to the gym anymore, I just go out for long round walk among the trees and I try to eat healthy, when I use to go to gym, I would never feel happy, like I force myself to stay on elliptical for 5 mins, now I walk about 20 - 50 mins without any problem or boredom, so in a nutshell, eat healthy without supplements, and do exercise you enjoy. Well, that's what I do, but don't follow me cause I'm fat!!
