I don't know why. My ad account was disabled in few hours even if I just run an engagement campaign. Because of this, I have lost 5 BM and its ad account.
It looks like your device, IP, location, etc. got blacklisted, and there is almost no way you can open a new account without them eventually banning you. You will have to start buying aged accounts if you want to run ads.
