Hello Friends,

This is true that Content is king, which brings visitors to the blog. I am new to the Blogging.

I planned to take content from Magazines (without images) and spin to the new blog post. After lot of studying and discussion, I reached to the point that it will be treated as Copyright Cheat.

Please suggest me what shall be done to fetch contents from other sources. Your inputs will be very helpful for me to initiate blogging career.

As far as my experience tells, you should not use copied/spun content. And when most of the marketers/SEO says content is king, they do not mean copied content from other websites. What they mean is genuine/original and engaging content.
So I'd suggest writing long articles for your website or hiring someone to do the job.
If you're out of ideas, maybe try reading posts on other related blogs and then see if you can write something mixing up the views of other bloggers in your niche.
If you're on low budget, try iWriter for cheap and moderate quality articles.

I am very low on the budget and at very initial stage of the blogging. There must be some black hat technique not to earn money but to build up rapport and visitors to the website. Once things work, I can plan further by hiring a writer for my work.

You can also get freshkey which is a piece of software that shows what people are searching for so you can write articles that use current search terms. Get it free on BHW
 
I would suggest looking for ideas from other places, and then writing the content so it is 100% yours. Add new things to it and use many different sources so none of it is copied.
 
You can publish content of books and spin it so no one can detect that you are using their content.
 
The term "spinning" itself related to duplicating content.

The best way to make content is through

Keyword research
Competitors analysis
Participating in forums
and rewriting existing content from a different pint of view.

Say there is an existing article about "why x is better"

Now you tell "x is not better because it is bla bla bla" and prove "why y is better" and link to that old article from your new post.

Now see the magic.
 
Copy from one, it's plagiarism; copy from two, it's research.

Let me explain something real quick, google does not like copied content at all, so you should be careful with that, you can always look for content on any site, spin it, change words and that's it you will get a new content yourself easily.
 
Wow! I was also thinking something like that. I believe if I take articles from two places and manage them to propose one new thing, it will be an example and may through another detail on same subject. I hope that it wont be plagiarism and wont be copyright cheat too.
 
there is a new way around here which is called content curating. you curate content and write a few own words for the post. and at the end, you link back to the source.
its a nice way to create a recipe or car blog. :)

Thank you Friend. I have read about Content Curation and it is really fantastic. However, the problem is that I will be collecting content from hard copy magazine whose online links are not available. Therefore, there is no way to post link to that blog post, which I would be targeting.
 
I will suggest to browse web for different ideas and than writing them in your words which we called "rewriting" to make content unique. this practice will help you at initial stage
 
Using contents from old magazine is okay. To be sure, get from more than 20 years magazines. :p
 
you can also get old newspapers and scan them if they are 100 years old then no copyright. i use a scanner mouse which scans the page as a text file, then i edit it. good for stories that maybe in your niche. Also you can use ebooks, use a pdf to text and convert them and edit. Mainly though use keyword tools for research and write or get someone else to write articles based around the keywords
 
Copyright cheat or not, you shouldn't really be spinning articles as your main content anyway. Write your own original articles, and if you feel that you're incapable of doing so, buy your articles. Building the foundation of your website with proper content is the first thing you have to do in order to be successful. Don't "fetch" content from other sources, do research, learn about your niche, and you will get better results.
