Hi everyone

I have a client that wanted some help with his blogger blog and I'm wondering if anyone can help with this one...

"..is it possible to email those who are subscribed and who comment?"

Is it possible to do it within blogger?

You can add subscribe through email button on your blog, collect email addresses and mail them. You can't mail people who commented your post.
Subscribe is not a default option in blogger, you should code it on your own, go to gadgets and enable "HTML/JavaScript" gadget.

Would it be a lot easier export it to a wordpress[dot]com?

Yes, by default this option is not available on blogger. What a waste of good commenters {SIGH}
