I read an artilce that said it had a list of 500 advertiser URL's who pay low CPC for their ads on adsense.

So if you block ads from these advertisers from being shown on your site you can increase your cpc.

Adsense allows users to do this, so its legit, but adding 500 urls?

Would this be seen as suspicious or wrong, or allowed by them

because they have no set max limit to number of url's you can block.

anyone tried this, does it increase CPC?

I tried this but didn't notice any increase in CPC..
what is your niche?

I also blocked those 500 URLS. I do not see any drastic CPC increase, but I do not get clicks of 0.01-0.05 cents now

this is just stupid, the cost per click depends on the location of the visitor and the ad itself. not sure to how adsense goes though!

for example

Ad One : accept traffic from US only [ WHERE ] the website niche category [ EQUAL ] to gaming. CPC = 2$
Ad Two: accept traffic from US only [ WHERE ] the website niche category [ EQUAL ] to Business. CPC = 10$

assuming you get only US traffic, you block ad one and you are on a gaming niche website and you'r fucked, same with opposite. i hope you get what am trying to say here

oh because blocking advertising url affects all sites
