Yes but I didn't find any that gives a decent amount of bitcoins maybe i am bad at searching the web could you please help me?

Try 21.co. They often giveaway free btcs. You could get lucky to find some review threads that pay you money for things like fiverr review and so on.

If I can I would have done it but in my country we have problems with paypal problems with sending stuff outside and more other problems I am stuck!
 
All I want is a method to get to 100-500$ in my account so I can invest them in neobux and start making passive income that's all!
