BHW, I need your help! Creating RSS Feed from multiple websites

To simplify what I want to do: I want to create my own RSS feed based on the updated news of about 400 specific school clubs. Each club have their own website, most do not have an RSS feed its just regular HTML updates. I want to create a university-wide RSS feed 5 articles deep with random club news from each club.

How can I go about this? Please help BHW! I would truly appreciate it.

For example each club's website has news such as:

www.schoolFunclub1.com/news HTML News---> FunNews1--->Blah blah blah, FunNews2--->Blah blah blah, FunNews3---> Blah Blah blah
www.schoolChessclub1.com/news HTML News----> ChessNews1--->Blah blah blah, ChessNews2--->blah blah blah, ChessNews3---> Blah blah blah
www.schoolTennisclub1.com/news HTML News--->TennisNews1--->blah blah blah, TennisNews2---> blah blah blah, TennisNews3---> Blah blah blah

I want to make my own RSS Feed, so that
www.Deleted member 21250swebsite.com/news Rss feed (not HTML news) --> FunNews1, ChessNews2, TennisNews3

Go to RSSMix.com to create on RSS feed from many. You can create an RSS feed from an html site at feedage.com . You have to register, then look for the htmltorss tag on the left. I hope I answered your question.
