Beware of Streamwp plugin!

Hi guys!

Yesterday I bought a single license of streamwp plugin and since then I am not able to make this work properly.
I installed it multiple times but it always gave me some error.

I sent two mails to support desk but didn't receive any response. Sent them the login details to fix this up for me but they are just not responding....

Let me tell you the bugs :
1. Difficult to install and make it work.
2. Wouldn't grab the images and descriptions of the TVshows.
3. Will fail to grab links for the videos.
4. Sometimes would fetch the same episode twice.
5. Most weird one when you click on the links with in the plugin section like the submitter, grabber etc...it will redirect you to your home page.

In my third mail ....I have requested him to refund the money & cancel my activation as I have not used the plugin at all.
There is no point using a product which has such a terrible "after-sales support"
If you guys need any proof or screenshot let me know. I would try to paste it here.

so you bash this plugin cuse you say it won't work, well i have never used it, but my god give them some time to get back to you,you just bougt it yesterday, you know thier world does not revole around you

I guess 24hrs is more than enough to reply/response...if they can't fix, atleast keep their customer posted.

I have used/bought other services in past (plugin/script...etc) and seen them replyin atleast within 24hrs....i agree that sometimes it gets diff to solve the issue immediately but a reply would be appreciated.

Have you doubled checked your set up ? Just maybe you have a setting or two wrong......

Just wanted to keep you guys posted that I received a reply from them and they are trying to fix the issue.

This is to inform all the guys on BHW who are planning to buy this plugin, they have still not resolved the issue.
Here what happened for all these days...
In the first reply they asked for the ftp access which I provided them....after 2-3 they said that I need to make some changes in one of the files under my cpanel to make this plugin work. As I was not able to locate the targeted file I forwarded them my cpanel details and asked them to rectify it at their end..again after two days I sent them a mail to get the progress status and received a mail from them stating that the cpanel info is incorrect and they are not able to login (they didn't even care to revert till I asked for the progress). So I reset my password and sent them again...unfortunately there was a downtime of a day from my server end and they were not able to access my account.
After getting the mail from the server provider I again sent them a mail to notify that the cpanel is up and working and they can start fixing the problem.
Two days passed no reply from them...so I sent them two mails but didn't receive any update. Finally today he sends me a mail saying that I need to fix the problem at my end as the plugin is working fine but the server setting needs to be optimized.
It means that he himself was not able to configure it so now he is blaming the server and asking me to configure because I guess that's not possible. He is not even ready to refund the payment as I will not be able to use this plugin. As far as my knowledge goes the server is working fine as I have used a number of plugins for my movie sites...I have even used tvstreaming script which works like a charm.
So the bottom line is that the plugin is not funtional and if it is, then why have they not mentioned the server requirement on their sales page.
Secondly they have the most unprofessional/lazy team out there who doesn't even care to reply or update untill u ask them.
Third they are not able to make this plugin work because if they did they would have never asked you to change the settings as they already have the login details....may be they are not capable to rectify it.
Forth, if by any reason you are not happy with the plugin, you will have a hard time chasing them to make it work or get the refund...like me.

I will let you know the climax soon.

Beware guys, Streamwp is a Scam.

Sent them 6 mails and no reply. They didn't refund the money and neither they are replying to my mails. They couldn't make the plugin work .

Lost my money F*** them!

dude search online its a scam; it never had worked
