Is there any better hosting for host a site for 10 days maximum without doing like 000webhost blocking site even if am following their "Terms & Condition" . Thanks In Advance.

free is free not sure you can really do any better than that. Service will be about the same no matter what free host you use.

Try byethost / byetinternet. they are good for free hosting.. and in this game since long time.
Not good for site with high resource use.
