Been using your tool for the past 4 days unfollowing people on 1 account, it does the job really well. I faced a problem 2 days ago where status was left with "logging in" and it didn't change but fixed it by restarting the bot and the pc. Also I noticed that following people who liked a media is faster than following people who followed someone because it takes longer to scrap followers. Can you do anything to optimize the followers scraping time?

What version are you using? Using the latest version I am unable to let the program crash by deleting templates. Also, any template I downloaded seemed to be compatible. Perhaps send me the templates you are having trouble with manually and I'll see what's wrong.

In the unfollow module, check the option "Ignore Followers"

Am i the only one who noticed the last two updates of the bot have been a little CPU intensive. testing the bot using Amazon free VPS, it runs on 1GB ram so i only run the bot with 3 accounts. Have been using the bot successfully for like 2 weeks now without problems, but with the recent updates my CPU in task manager is always at 100% and the bot is slow to respond, when i switched back to V0.17 the CPU is back to normal (12% = 60%), and bot response was ok.

I have added 3 accounts and have let the bot running a few hours now with various modules enabled and it has been using barely 1-5%. What features of the bot are you using? Is the CPU usage immediately that high or does it go up over time?

I'll keep the bot running for a few more hours and see if the CPU usage goes up.

Contact your proxy provider and see if it needs auth.

All scraping filters are the same speed, the only difference is that the source you are using may have more users that fulfill your filter requests so it' able to follow faster. (e.g. if you set it to ignore private users and the source you have is 90% private users it will naturally take longer.)
 
absolutely love the bot , seems to be working fine except there is an error im getting and it wont start following peop;e. "You need to have at least one filter type to start following users" , and I have the settings messed with and fine tuned for what I want but it doesnt seem to be starting. I took off the delay on scraping to see if that changes anything but nothing yet.. thanks for making an awesome bot and keeping it afforadble too on release, I wil be a customer

When following users, you need to specify from where the bot should scrape users. You can do this by scrolling to the bottom of the follow module settings page and adding scraping sources there. If you are having trouble with your settings, instead use a ready made template.

Instagram's standard resolution is 1080*1080.
Thus said you can try picking your content with this exact dimensions. After that every pic that the bot will post will be perfect!

Thanks jackson for responding so fast, I actually have added a scrape source, i used a hashtag, entered it (It works for the liking bot, but not the follow) I did pretty much same settings that is making liking work but for some reason the follow is not starting, where I can I see one of these templates, I don't know if it will fix the issue of .. the scraper not working for the following module?

With just 2 account and follow and comment module enabled

to report a crash, i tried to delete a template and it crashed, also to update im messing around with some templates to see what settings they have, it seems like the scraper doesnt work with following off of a hashtag, wasn't really working on follows but does on likes, ill update later if it starts to work...

out of left field, I was thinking, you should do the same thing with this bot but for twitter too, it would also be amazing, if you have success with this one :)

Is it possible to implement a module that takes back some of our given likes?
Maybe within the unfollow module?

I had the modules switched on in a 3-2-2 formation. i.e 3 modules on one account (follow, like, unfollow) and two modules on two other accounts (follow and unfollow), and not running them on a proxy. they are running on the vps IP. They go up gradually to 100%. I even restarted the vps and started only the bot, it was good for like 20mins but the CPY went up back, the bot started to slow down. Have downgraded to V0.17 back and it has been normal, bot works good. Even with this old version, i can also run Google chrome and 4K stogram with the bot without it affecting. CPU hitting a max of 88% with v0.17 ATM
 
where can we find your account creator mentioned earlier in the thread.

Also have a problem where modules are running fine then I restart bot and it gets suck on 'getting user feed' and then does not start the modules
 
@JJJackson if I may suggest a future feature.

1. On the Follow Module, a button to only use the top 10 % wise filters (User Scraping parameters). Or even better, if we can use a slider and can pick a %, for example top 33+% or higher, or 50+% or higher.
Thus, for those of us that use more than 10 parameters, the bot will only scrape from the best followback % parameters and ignore the other ones. Similar to what MP had.
And for those that use less than 10, with a slider, could pick only the top 1, 2, 3 or whatever automatically.

Interesting idea. Will see what I can do.
 
Just to reconfirm, couldn't find a DM setting/button on gmt2.

DMs are not an option for right now on the bot, correct?
