good point, however could also be the he packed the executable with a packer that is also used by malware, which is quite common.
haven't tried the bot, so don't really care if its infected or not, just thought i'd mention the packer situation... but besides of that just always fun to see how people easily compromise their security for free stuff lol

Yeah that's more along the lines of what I meant. Idk exactly how all this hacking/malware stuff works but I know that if you run the virustotal some of the antiviruses were saying exactly that, that's there's a packer in the setup executable. And the ones that didn't said there was a trojan. And I also know that most people are looking to benefit themselves first and if something is free it's often too good to be true. Just look at the hundreds of "cracked' programs out there from other seo/im forums that seems pretty likely to have viruses if you scan them.

if you can not handle the time factor or buggy problems as it free go and buy a dirrent app or shut up and wait for free updates ...

I'm completely down with all of that, never said I wasn't. I am actually thinking about buying a proper bot at some point but bills are a little tight rn so I'm looking for cheap options. Bugs and time is fine, potential viruses are not.

Anyway, in case anyone is worried like me, I'm going to try running it in Sandboxie just to be safe.

I've been trying to test this software, but it just sits there scraping users all day and never follows anyone. Any clues what's going wrong?

After last Scan:
U7nuspK

A few days ago I scanned again, but then were not there?

Just a text document and you write the instagram user names one per row(as a column). I would make a screenshot and show you but I am currently on my phone. If you need any help let me know I'll try and help you :)
Thank you. So if I just open a txt doc and put all user names in a column and use the import feature what parameter do I select in the bot? Do I not have to select anything. Thanks for the response

Sorry for the double post, but is the unfollow module not working for anyone else? Can you only have one module activated at once or something?

Hey OP. Thanks for the bot. I'm using it on free VPS. So I'm not worried about the virus lol.

I like this function of the bot like that need no complicated settings:
- liking photos after following

Others will need to be discovered.

But these are the things that needs improvement so far.

1. Your interface is so not user friendly. It's good coming up with analytics preview and everything. But your contents are taking up a lot of spaces. Can you make it much more simpler to view and navigate? That will eliminate the need to scroll down through the settings of each module.

Scraping function view needs to be adjusted also. It is not comfortable seeing it at the bottom of the page, with near to no margin at all with the window edge.

You don't have to make each item width 100% relative to the window size. Making it smaller is fine.

2. Every settings value starts at 0 and I have to manually adjust everything. It will be good if you can come up with a pre-defined settings that is safe for all acounts. That will save me a lot of time. I'll just change accordingly.

3. Changing from module to module is so complicated. I have to click a lot of buttons before getting to the part that I want. Please make it much simpler with less clicks.

That is all for now.

Thanks

Wanted to add to my previous post since I didnt get a answer. "I have been testing the bot and so far in two days of running I have gained around 150 followers. I have been running it 24/7 however. Is this a bad idea? Should I schedule it to run 10-12 hours a day or am I good with it running 24/7. My settings are 45 follows per hour / 600 per day. I have had zero bugs. Great work!"

I wanted to add that I think the Whitelist feature could be a little more refined to be able to select people faster and easier. I just found it a little painful to Whitelist over 100 people. Very minor but figured I would give my input.

Yes it is a bad idea especially if you are growing the account ,you need to stop the actions for like 8 hours to make it looks normal .

If you are already using another bot, you'll have a whitelist there. Just import that whitelist into a text file. Then upload to gmt2.
Or, open a text file, enter the names there, one per line. Save and upload to gmt2.

What I would suggest, when OP comes back, is to allow single input into whitelist of accounts we are not following yet. Reason being, sometimes we want to follow someone in the near future, why wait to follow before we can whitelist them.

Anyone knows what would cause this? Or a way to reset gmt2 session cookies?

Same thing here. Has anybody else faced this problem?
It's just been scraping users for 4 days on one account. Following on other accounts working flawlessly. In history, next action says 'follow user X' but it doesnt actually follow.
Could somebody please answer?

Edit: Figured.
My account has been blocked from following. Nothing to do with GMT2

That was quick. Damn, if my accounts would be blocked at least I'd know that is what was causing the problem on my side.

I believe what is affecting some of my accounts (since they work perfectly on FL, app and browsers) must be some type of cookie session. Because even if I delete the account and add it again, same problem persists. Maybe a central database file that got corrupted and has a bad "cookie session" or some sort of stuff like that.

Wish the program had a Clear Session Cookies, or Device ID, User Agent, or Rank Token. You know, whatever clears the IG session so that it thinks it's a brand new login.

This is what you could try, I don't know whether it'll work or not. Use the exact same template of any of your accounts which has no following problems, copy even it's follow source. And use that template on the account that isn't following.

The bot lately, after developer went to vacation crashes 2-3 times per day.
Like "GMT2 is not working/not responding" with just 2 accounts.
That maybe means that it should be updated because instagram changed something,so my advice is dont use it for big accounts until the developer is back.
On the other hand the bot is very good till now, with many features that I like and I use it in daily basis.

You mentioned earlier that you don't follow more than 600 a day.
- how many follow back on average?
- do you follow 4 days then unfollow 1 day or what?
Thanks

-I follow 500 people each day,50 per hour and I get back 150-180 followers. My account is sitting at 2.573 followers right now.
So it like 30% follow back ratio. Its pretty good. With about 100-300 likes per photo. That could be better in my opinion.
- I follow till my account reaches 7000 followings and then unfollow back to 500-1000 followings.
That way, following will last for about 12-14 days(500 followings each day) and the account will get 1700-2200 followers.
The unfollowing then last almost the same amount of time with 600 unfollows per day,60 per hour, but in the meantime I keep liking my followers' posts to increase engangement or I like random profiles from hashtags, and I post regularly every day,1 time,1 photo.
Its all about reaching 7500+ followers.Once you go there, you will always have a positive followers/followings ratio which as you increase your followers will exclude you from many bots that are doing follow/unfollow by checking this ratio.

Where are you getting a free windows vps?
You can check Amazon ec2,free for 1 year

I get 15% followback rate, but I am doing it on a very specific niche in local geography so yours may vary. For likes the followback rate is 5%
