Likes done by the following module are also counted toward the like module limit. I thought of not including them but decided against that since I assumed users would like to know how many likes have been done in TOTAL. I also thought of making the like part of the following module follow the limitations of the like module, but decided against that, that's why sometimes it might go above the limit set. (But like module won't go above the limit)
The reason why you have to set maximum before minimum is that minimum can't be larger than the maximum (doesn't make sense)
