Best way to spam YouTube?

Started doing YT + CPA once again in the game hack niche.

I don't do it the full blackhat way, meaning I actually provide the user with something, not just a fake landing page.

I need to learn to spam YT more efficiently so I have some questions for the more experienced folks here:

1. What is the best, most reliable way to get churn & burn CPA accounts? Do you usually buy them or do you create them yourself?
If you create them yourself, what is the most efficient way of doing so?

2. On one account, how often should you upload? I do 3 videos daily at different times and accounts seem to last a pretty long time.

3. Do I need to use proxies? I have had some problems with my home IP address. Weird thing is that only my home IP has issues, any other works completely fine, so I guess I'm somehow restricted.

4. Would there be a way to possibly fully automate the process? Or at least automate it to some degree

Additional: I'm working with OGAds right now, getting a whole lot of traffic but literally zero conversions. Was using CPABuild up until last week where I had a good CR, but my stupid self decided to switch networks in the middle of it.
Does anyone know if OGAds could be possibly shaving? I don't even want to consider this option because I know that they are reputable and it's probably just my landing page not being properly optimized, but I want to hear your experiences too.

There is no best way available here to be shared. If there is, whoever knows it won't share it. I suggest you scale up what you have that is working right now.
