Best USA Virtual Phone Number Provider

I need a good Virtual Phone Number service provider. Right now I want to register in different directories in the USA, but they require to verify a phone number and currently, I am using TollFreeForwarding.com and it is very bad service for that because they just redirect a call to my personal phone number, so I cannot type any code during the call on the keyboard.

So, in general, I am looking for this functionality:
- Full control of the phone number via mobile or web App
- I need to receive calls from other USA phone numbers
- It should be a call forwarding option for that USA number
- It should be eligible to record calls when forwarded to other phone numbers
- It should be fully legal phone number because I need to register to the websites and I need to verify in a different way, one of that is by receiving a call from customer support and typing 4 digits on the keyboard during the call.

I am from Europe and I need to verify my business on different USA directories, such as Yelp and etc. Usually, they are calling to the phone number and press to input 4 digits displayed on the desktop in Web Browser, but it doesn't work with call forwarding and Virtual Phone Numbers.

So how do you verify your business online? Any advice? Thanks!
