What are the best tools to find out which posts are most shared on Social Media like Facebook, Twitter etc?

Nothing like buzzsume but its crazy expensive
You can also do it manually eg for fb just go to facebook share plugin page and paste the link to see total shares etc

Thank you for answer me DanDD,

But perhaps this method is slow if I would like to see the post more shared of the journal-specific or the most shared post in the last year, for example.

What do you think about it?
