You could try making a Telegram bot for daily deals on some popular products or you may offer quick tips on a topic you like ( like fitness or tech ), or even one that sends funny or inspirational quotes and jokes. Pick something that people will find useful or enjoy!

A bot for cold DMing users, automated follow-ups if no answer, timing the outreaches (avoid burning acct). If answer a bot replying to QA and possibility to switch to live agent. Multi accounting with proxies, agent accts manageable from one place. A simple CRM with statuses applied.
With an option to use different variations of text and metrics on open rates etc. So you can test what works and what not..AI implemented to create different versions of text (avoiding TG limitations). Do that and you got customers

u can create a bot or script with this features:
Scrape members from targeted groups!Scrape past messages from any channels/groups/users!
Scrape all incoming messages from any channels/groups/users!
Add those scraped members to any group/channel you want!
Automatically forward all incoming new messages from any groups/channels/members to any groups/channels/members!
And so on
