I am still on the free trial for LTP and definitely considering buying it. I can just find kewords and check competition faster compared to google keyword planner, which is still great for a free tool. I tried MS once but did find it a bit slow.

i use market samurai and sem rush for relevant and targeted keyword analysis

Google Keyword Suggestion Tool and Google Trends can suggest you good keyword but its cant do proper keyword research.

4-5 people surrsted me semrush. but i find that semrush is too costly then MS or LTP its 69$ pm.
