Best instagram picture post bot right now?

You know, I actually use Hootsuite for this on my main account. It works for me. I like to have one final review before anything gets posted.

Another account I run, all reposts, which I don't care so much about - I use Mass Planner. That account is 100% automated. I only check it from time to time & make sure nothing inappropriate got posted by accident. Haven't used Followliker to post photos, but it does it too.

I use Hootsuite for the same exact reason as Trolling4Dollars. I let MP to post photos on the "lesser" accounts.
