Jarvee - nothing even comes close at this point. Not even that expensive if you make good money from IG.

Are you after a subscription service or one time payment life time license?
What features are important to you?
Do you want a simple bot that will cover the basics for you.
Do you want more control and thus a more complicated bot that gives you more power (with added complexity)
Are you more interested in scraping and filtering.
Or more interested in pretty graphs of your stats to print out and send to clients.
There is no "best bot" for instagram, people who say there is are typically just saying the bot they use. A bot that is right for one is wrong for another. All the main bots basically do the same thing, just in different ways with a different focus.

I need just the basics really:
- Not a chrome bot
- Ability to target followers and followings (comments, follow/unfollow, likes)
- Ability to automatically unfollow followed by the bot after some time
- Ability to target list of names (for rounds)
- With a time/delay/wait variables to make it a little less suspicious

Any of the major bots will have you covered. What it will come down to is personal preference really and perhaps non-bot factors. Support / tutorials / updates. Some bots have free trials, others offer a refund period. Get them all and try them out, see what works for you really.

I was asking for the options I have, since I don't know many bots that would offer these features for less than $10 a month? I only know of Gramdominator, so I was asking if there is anything else to choose from?

Jarvee I would say Well-made piece of software.
70% of my customers are using Jarvee, while other 20% is GMT2 and 10% is old MassPlanner.

Dont get Gramdominator it wouldnt work for me and customer support stopped answer my emails. I then cancelled it but they still charged me for the following month. Terrible service!! Any one know any mac bots or web based bots I'd like to use jarvee but dont want to run virtual machine

don't know i actually need it just with engagement groups, so i just need a bot that likes the newest photo from a list of usernames, i think i can find a free one hahaha (or at least i would love to find one)

You won't fiind a free option that is click and go for what you want. But if you have some coding skills, you can knock something together quite quickly using the libraries on github:
