What is the best free form plugin for Wordpress or, any other independent website, that accepts Paypal and other payment methods, with unlimited sumbissions for free, and with similar customization options as Jotform available on Internet?

I'm been searching for a while and only find Google forms as a free alternative.

There is any other free alternative similar to Jotform without the need of pay a monthly subscription that accepts Paypal?
