Hello guys,

I am looking for best DMCA ignored hosting. I thought abelohost.com was good but I think they have poor servers because I got high website load times... I am using Godaddy and it works perfectly, load time is less than 1 second, but I am looking for DMCA ignored hosting. Can someone recommend good provider?

get an offshore located VPS install it with Centos 7 , cPanel + litespeed and use some CDN service and you will get awesome loading speed. Shared hosting is not always good for faster loading of website.
however you can still try to get offshore shared hosting and use it with some CDN like cloudflare.

PS; don't forget to optimize your website.

Thanks for the info papa_ji :)

What about blueangelhost? Is it worth buying openvz VPS to have a good loading speed? I am using Cloudflare with flexible ssl and it works great on godaddy "Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel" server.

Hold on buddy! @AbeloHost servers are colocated in a premium DC in NL with a great bandwidth speeds. There should be other reasons causing poor performance of your website.
One example : If you host in Europe and you are loading your website from Canada or USA or India, China then of course the loading time of your website without CDN and website optimization will be over 1 sec.

The best loading time you would get from EU provider from USA/Canada/India/Pakistan/China etc would be 1.5sec w/o CDN and pagesize <800kb

@papa_ji you know that already.

nothing beats loopbyte, they even have 1 month free trial offer

If you just want a DMCA ignored host you can find it easily..
Servers outside from USA are naturally don't follow DMCA because it's a law of USA.
You can choose a good provider from Europe..
But note: Don't think that DMCA not allow means you can host anything and they do not serve you any notice for copyright violation.
Every country have their own copyright protection law.. So technically no host will provide you fully copyright violation ignored feature..

So if anyone try to fool you by saying they will ignore all copyright violation notices then stay away from them..
They can ignore DMCA if they are not a USA company but they can't ignore all notices as their country too have a copyright protection law..

Theres one in BST i really dont remember the name. Try something like shirunji or somethng. I had few years ago.Even i registered here :) . I am pretty sure its there. Its around 15$/mo for 20gb

You're completely wrong, look novogara.com (ecatel) is a bulletproof hosting, they ignore a lot of complains & abuse & copyright in most of cases, only with a court order with a huge "pressure" they take down.
Search on google, and you will see it. DMCA only works if MPAA, BREIN bigs companies and organizations fight together and send a lot of complaints.

But Novogare don't care about DMCA Content, so you can host it. To takedown, will be hard because these hosting is registered on Seychelles (really Offshore company)

You're right, when some companies they advise to be "offshore" but they takedown, these are not 100% offshore at all..

Alexhost.md is another hosting ignoring DMCA complaints, just try it.

Their servers are hosted in Netherlands so they still have to response BREIN..
As I said every country has their own cpyright laws so they have to fallow those law..

I didn't be clear... Ecatel (Novogara) is a bulletproof hosting, they hosted a lot of Cybercriminals. Just search on Google.
If you still don't believe just see this:

(minute 14:41 just see it until the end!)

This video is maded by Norton (Symantec) company about bulletproofs and the most dangerous and secured datacenters in the world

Do you think bulletproof isn't a profitable niche? Most of pirate sites search for secure datacenters and countries that ignore DMCA complaints and abuse, in this link you can see that is real

Page 11: https * //torrentfreak* com/ images / MPAA-USTR-2016 . pdf (Is a PDF from MPAA)

Still thinking hosting companies really care about some abuses and dmca? Some of them, don't really care about it.

Hey.. I see your openvz question went unanswered. Openvz virtualization allows overselling. This is the reason often you will find Openvz comparitively cheap as compared to other virtualization such as Xenserver or KVM etc.

Often companies offering Openvz oversell their vps nodes, which often leads to sluggish performance (if node is hosting several vps's which individually have many websites). Sluggish performance means slow speed, which I believe is going to affect your search criteria.

I'm reviving this thread just to solve this myth OpenVZ vs KVM vs XEN and overselling.
Both OpenVZ and KVM / XEN can be oversold and if your hosting provider claims the opposite he is lying or he lacks technical skills (which would be problem for their customers).

Another myth: OpenVZ is the most commonly oversold
Partially true. While OpenVZ may be the most commonly oversold, it is not because OpenVZ makes it easier to oversell than Xen, it is because OpenVZ is the most commonly used virtualization software with new hosts because of its history and ease of use.

And finally Xen/KVM is faster than OpenVZ

False. OpenVZ and Virtuozzo are the fastest forms of virtualization due to their design. The OS level virtualization creates a system that performs similar to a native dedicated server. Xen and KVM can actually reduce system performance of upward of 10-15%, this can be shown by benchmarking the system before Xen is setup, then benchmarking after.

University of Michigan provided a study about OpenVZ and Xen: source

Depends purely from the hosting provider and his good service quality policy (if any) .

Just remember that .. you are getting what you are paying ;)

/cheers

Im looking for some good dmca ignored hosting for wordpress website with 150k daily visitors

Guys i know this is an old thread, but i have got the same question.
As of today what hosting to use that ignores DMCA especially for technical support websites?
I did try shinjiru but they have sent a notice within two weeks that they'll shutdown server within 6 hours.

What kind of technical customer support you are talking about the real one or the scam?

The real one with a big ass disclaimer on the home page letting customers know that we are a third party company
Then why they shut you down?
Strange if you are not scamming you can visit marketplace hosting section and you will find a lot.
I am interested to know why they shut you down
