Best CPC traffic sources for CPA

For FB you'd need hundreds upon hundreds of accounts + cloacking and creativity in your approaches ( and then it would be better to go with nutra as mainstream has low payout per conversion)
Many affs run mainstream with ad networks... like traffic stars and traffic junky/ exoclick / twinred/ kadam (the list is looong)

Many CPA networks and advertising networks have a great tracking possibilities and all the job can be done without any tracker from the side. For example, AdWords has a great statistic information to research and everyone can start earning money without any difficulties. Mobidea has it as well (for affiliate network).
However, tracker can be very helpful in case of scaling. But I'm not talking about scaling itself.
Moreover, push and popunder are always one of the worst when it comes to using local tracker. And many great, experienced and successful marketers prefer to avoid popunder and push at all, due to their "specifics".
I have a few good traffic sources. For example, SMM and I'm able to make money working in this field.
However, I would like to hear about the preferred CPC traffic sources of BHW members and their own opinion.
As I would like to try CPC.
