They don't have an phone interview or something (at least they didn't when I got in, but I think that didn't changed).
You have to prove them your sources of traffic and you'll be accepted. They have members here on BHW, so you might talk with them as well.

About the traffic sources, can I just tell them I will be using FB and I have my own site. Would that be enough for them to accept me?

I do think that would be enough to get you accepted but you will have to provide them with links to your FB and your website for them to verify their legitimacy
