Best article spinner with posting support???

Hi all, Please forgive me as I am a complete n00b here.

I have been following and reading a lot and I think I have come up with a decent strategy but I am running into 1 problem. I need a decent article spinner (it doesn't have to be the best) that can find its own content AND it must have the ability to post content automatically to hosted (WP & Blogger) blogs on a semi-regular basis.

I don't care if I have to pay a monthly fee, I can handle that.
