Best Adult / DMCA Ignored Dedicated Hosting

Okay so I need to find a new server ASAP!

Just got a notice from Hetzner that I must remove my site within 24 hours after someone made a completely false claim that it contains “revenge porn”.

Prior to Hetzner I was using vicetemple which I never had issues with. The only thing holding me back from returning to Vicetemple is I got an amazingly better server with more storage from Hetzner, and it was $100 cheaper than vicetemple.

So I would like to find a server closer to what I had with Hetzner that won’t boot me when it receives a notice. Would love some suggestions.

Has to be offshore/ignore DMCA, allow adult content, unlimited bandwidth, and have SSDs (had HDD with vicetemple then SSD with Hetzner and omg…can never return to HDD). Don’t need managed. And I use plesk.

Hetzner is not offshore even if is in German or not.

Go with Alexhost, abelohost, flokinet, prq.se they can protect you and they ignore completely dmca.
Adult content is allowed but can't have any CP.
 
It is sad to see a host taking down your server for a fake complaint, though adult is allowed on many offshore locations and providers, you can search and would see many reliable ones.

flokinet is good, used them long time
alexhost also very good, can recommend!
 
forget vsys.host. the price is much higher and the performance is also worse.

the best value for money you get with hetzner, avoro.eu and kernelhost.com. in addition i would put a vps as proxy in front of it so that no more problems occur.

yes i have and did you read my answer? You can also order Hetzner through a reseller. https://abcvg.net/ or https://my.hostingby.design/index.php?rp=/store/hetzner
In addition, a vps should then be switched as a proxy in front so that abuse messages do not arrive at the main server. I have also mentioned two alternatives. Also there the problem with the abuse messages could happen, so be sure to use reverse proxy.

Ordering through a reseller is still going to cause this issue . Hetzner is awful choice whether you use a reseller or not .

they better off with a offshore dmca ignore like avoro


not sure what a vps is going do it’s still going to cause them to figure it out .

All a vps/proxy setup would do is make them more hidden and I highly doubt they care about that unless they aren’t doing legal stuff which from what I see they are doing a legal site .

otherwise if it’s illagel they need Fuck off and get arrested tbh

I had good experience with dmzhost. Hundreds of complains from all sorts of companies but nothing has been takendown, ever.

Eh I got cheap hosting for like 20$ a month .

they ignored 50 dmca and 2 fake revenge porn requests without a court order .

a court order they gave me a month to backup my stuff and warned me(ended up being some stupid bitch trying blackmail me )

Crazy how dirty porn/gambling is tbh . Thought people were just trying to make me not get in porn business when I was new lol
