Beginner questions about CPA + IG

1.1. I put shorten link on instagram, not my domain, right?

2.
Are app installs best CPA to work with on instagram traffic sources?

3.
What is the best option for content locker, how many tasks should user complete?

My current problem is when I shorten the links from OGAds with bit.ly or goog.le they either get banned or deactivated.

Any tips for avoiding that?

I think that you can't put direct link from the offer in the bio(even with the url shorten).
You must buy a domain name and that has the offer and put that domain in your bio.
