Beginner questions about CPA + IG

I would like to start with CPA (OGAds) + IG, and i spent a lot of time reading on this forum...i have beginner questions that, i think, will help all the people who are trying to start with this.
I understand the parts with accs, proxies, and automatisation of ig accounts.
But I am a little confused about links and redirection part.

1.
Is this the way should it work:
Put URL(bit.ly for example) in IG bio -> that redirect to my landing page (bought domain and hosting) -> then visitor fill some data or click and then he is redirected to CPA content locker?
1.1. I put shorten link on instagram, not my domain, right?

2.
Are app installs best CPA to work with on instagram traffic sources?

3.
What is the best option for content locker, how many tasks should user complete?

1 you are all right you need high quality niche to work

2 Yes you need Direct links app install its great , and also make quality post and videos similiar niche

3 if hack game best for 2 . 3 ask for complete it to received coins somethings, if no hack , best 1

How's it going? I'm planning to run my own CPAs on Instagram..
My current problem is when I shorten the links from OGAds with bit.ly or goog.le they either get banned or deactivated.

Any tips for avoiding that?

I think that you can't put direct link from the offer in the bio(even with the url shorten).
You must buy a domain name and that has the offer and put that domain in your bio.

I had the same problem and I fixed it that way. You build your own prelander or you purchased it?
