I used to use YouTube a lot for traffic. Best solution to this was create the channel, upload 1 video, change IP and repeat.

Spread all your stuff out as much as you can. 1 video then never use it again.

A VPN service that has multiple IPs you can select from is what you want. Then create the accounts using a different IP each time.
