Banned from Instagram this morning!

Today I got 3 accounts of 5 with this message "feedback required you're temporarily blocked it loo?" following/unfollowing really scared right now, what should I do :O Its there a way of figuring out how long I will be banned?

Just let that account rest, I've gotten those messages on a few accounts but only on new accounts sometimes which I mass follow on but it tends to not happen after the first time. I'm also doing things manually and not using a bot, I used instagress on a fan account I made and it got banned(this was a few days ago) to test. So your best bet is not using a bot period until things clear up, or slow your tempo and have a time gap inbetween in which you follow and unfollow. I have 7 accounts alive and have had no problems.
